Shipping Information 

We ship to the entire US, either via USPS, or UPS. Orders received before noon EST are generally shipped the same day if received at the beginning of the week. Since all of our products are fresh and contain no preservatives, they may need to be kept cold to maintain a long shelf life. We ship them cold or frozen with cool packs and special foil-lined boxes so they should survive a trip lasting 3 to 4 days. We hesitate to ship products on a Thursday or Friday, since that can increase their travel time. However, orders received for here in Florida can be shipped on a Thursday. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping. 

Be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this $18 re-routing fee on to you if this situation should occur.

Shipping Options 

You have the choice of two shipping methods; select the one that best fits your needs.  However, the Omega Passion has a maximum two day shipping time, so shipping charges may therefore vary. And because of prepackaged cooling elements, it isn’t always feasible to send various items in the same shipping box. 

Standard Shipping: Delivered by USPS priority mail in cooler packs. Standard shipping charges apply. 

Overnight Rush: We will rush your order with overnight delivery by UPS. The order must be received by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Overnight delivery is an additional charge. 


Frequently Asked Questions

How will my order be shipped?
We ship Omega Cure, Omega Passion and Omega Cookies through either UPS or priority mail, depending on which route will reach you the fastest. This way, your order spends a minimal amount of time en rounte to you.

How will my order stay cold during shipping? 
Every Omega Cure, Omega Cookie, and Omega Passion order is packed lovingly in insulated boxes and enclosed with frozen gel packs to keep the product cold. We choose the fastest delivery method to make sure the order gets from our refrigerator to yours as quickly as possible. In most cases, the order arrives within two to three days.

If my Omega Cure arrives warm, is it still good? 
Yes! Since we package the bottles in insulated boxes with extra gel packs, the bottle will not have been exposed to heat for too long. Additionally, until you break the bottle's seal, the oil will not start oxidizing. But don't get too careless. Put your Omega Cure in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible to make sure it stays fresh. If you still feel skeptical, taste and smell the oil for any hint of fishiness. If it tastes fine, the oil is good.  

How do I save on shipping costs? 
One, two or three bottles of Omega Cure all cost $12 to ship, so you save on shipping by ordering two or three bottles at a time. Similarly, whether you are buying one or two boxes of Omega Cookies, the shipping cost remains the same. The same goes for the Omega Passion. To get the most bang for your buck, order several boxes or bottles at a time, and simply store the extra product in the freezer until you are ready to use it.

You can save even more by joining our subscription program, which allows you to receive product on a regular basis at a reduced rate.

We provide shipping to all parts of the mainland of the United States of America, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also provide shipping to Canada.

It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit My Account and sign in with your Omega3 Innovations ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
